Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Little Sprites Cleaning Co. Pty Ltd. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.
Bookings & Service Scope
Prices are based on the information you provide. If the condition of the property or scope differs materially from what was described, we may propose an adjusted price, adjust the service plan, or recommend a different service type.
Pricing & Variations
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. If payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms, we may suspend or cancel future services until the account is brought up to date.
Access, Keys, Security & Parking
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access at the scheduled time, including providing correct entry instructions. If keys, codes, fobs or alarm instructions are provided, you authorise us to use them solely to access and secure the premises for the booked service. You must promptly advise of any changes to access details.
Where parking is required, you are responsible for providing suitable parking or covering any applicable parking or access costs disclosed or incurred for service delivery.
If access is not available or the site is unsafe, the booking will be managed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Utilities & Equipment
The client must ensure that essential utilities such as electricity and water are available during the service. Where utilities are not available, we may be unable to complete the service, and this will be addressed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service
Little Sprites Cleaning Co. Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cease service where conditions pose a risk to health or safety, including but not limited to aggressive behaviour, hazardous materials, unsafe structures, or biohazards. Where service cannot proceed for these reasons, outcomes will be managed under our Refund Policy.
Damage & Breakage
We take care while cleaning. If you believe we have caused damage, you must notify us as soon as practicable and provide details (and photos where possible). We are not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, existing damage, or failures due to poor maintenance or faulty items. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Quality Standards & Service Concerns
Our services are provided in line with reasonable industry standards for domestic and commercial cleaning. Any concerns regarding service quality must be raised in accordance with the process set out in our Refund Policy.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with bookings and service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
