We usually collect information directly from you, from your nominated property manager, and through our on-site work.

We take limited, purpose-specific photos to evidence cleaning status, staging or damages. Photographs for promotional purposes will only be used with your consent.

We may share information with our staff/contractors (need-to-know), administrative/payment tools, your nominated property manager/host, insurers or legal advisers, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
7. Storage & location
We aim to store personal information in Australia. We use reasonable physical, technical and organisational safeguards (access controls, password policies and confidentiality obligations).
