Our general home cleaning service is designed to give your space a fresh and spotless feel without the hassle. We handle all the essentials including dusting surfaces, wiping benches, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, and tidying living areas. Whether it is a regular upkeep clean or a one off refresh we make sure every corner is attended to leaving your home clean, comfortable and ready to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Free changes: Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your booking start time — no fee. Late changes: - 6–24 hours before start — 50% of the booked price. - Less than 6 hours before start or no access on arrival (lock-out) — 100% of the minimum call-out or booked price. Free reschedule: We’ll move your booking once at no charge if it’s >24 hours before start. Safety & access: If we can’t proceed due to safety, no access, or utilities not available, late-change fees may apply. Our side: If we need to cancel (e.g., illness, severe weather), we’ll offer the earliest alternative. If that doesn’t suit, you’ll receive a full refund of any prepayment.
