Our deep cleaning service delivers a thorough top to bottom refresh for your home. We go beyond regular cleaning to tackle built up dust, grime and hidden dirt in every room. This includes detailed cleaning of skirting boards, light fixtures, inside cupboards and appliances, high touch areas, and hard to reach spaces. Perfect for seasonal cleans, or when your home just needs extra attention, our deep clean leaves every surface gleaming and your space feeling revitalised.
Cancellation Policy
Free changes: Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your booking start time — no fee. Late changes: - 6–24 hours before start — 50% of the booked price. - Less than 6 hours before start or no access on arrival (lock-out) — 100% of the minimum call-out or booked price. Free reschedule: We’ll move your booking once at no charge if it’s >24 hours before start. Safety & access: If we can’t proceed due to safety, no access, or utilities not available, late-change fees may apply. Our side: If we need to cancel (e.g., illness, severe weather), we’ll offer the earliest alternative. If that doesn’t suit, you’ll receive a full refund of any prepayment.
